Making A Purchase
We accept credit/debit card payments, cheque/postal orders and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it ships.

When paying by cheque/postal order please send your order with your address, email and telephone details if available and remember to add any shipping charges (see below). Please make payments to Goth Cloth and send to Goth Cloth, PO Box 1624, Southampton, SO15 9AG.

We can also take orders over the phone on 023 8063 5378.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
UK: FREE on all orders over £100!
£4 for orders up to £100.
All UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class Delivery which normally delivers next working day from dispatch.

UK Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed) is also available at £9 if arranged early enough in the day. Please contact us to arrange.

Europe: £6 on orders up to £50. £8 on orders up to £100. £15 on orders over £100.
European delivery is by Airmail which aims to deliver within 3 working days from dispatch.

Worldwide: £12 on orders up to £50. £15 on orders up to £100. £20 on orders over £100.
Worldwide delivery is by Airmail which aims to deliver within 5 working days from dispatch.

Payment is in Pounds Sterling. Prices shown in Euros are approximate and the actual price charged will depend on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Please note that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional import duty charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If your counrty isn't listed at checkout, please contact us for shipping information.

Please note that we will not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will only ship non-UK orders to the cardholder's address.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order to you the same or next working day depending on when in the day we receive your order. We will email you to tell you when your order has been dispatched.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Tax Charges
We do not add any tax charges to our prices.

Credit card orders on our site are handled by Actinic Payments using the highest level of bank-approved security (PCI DSS Level 1). For additional payment security we also implement Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.



Verified by Visa protects your card twice when you shop online with Visa – firstly with a personal message, and secondly with your own secret password.



MasterCard, along with your card issuing bank, is concerned about the online security of its cardholders. MasterCard SecureCode enhances your current MasterCard card with a secret code to protect against unauthorized use of your card when you shop online.
Guarantee
We want to make you happy! If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason then let us know. We will be happy to exchange for another size, another item or simply refund your money. Returns must be made within 7 working days and clothing must be in a saleable condition with tags still attached. Please see returns instructions below.

Privacy Policy
Goth Cloth do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in the same condition you received them in and returned along with all packaging and with all tags attached. You must contact us to get a return number before returning the goods. This number must be quoted on the outside of the packaging or delivery will not be accepted. We recommend you use recorded delivery as you are responsible for the return of the item.

NB - Non-refundable items. We are unable to refund underwear due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure you have selected the correct item and size before ordering.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
